Yes, absolutely. If you sell your property through housekeys.co.uk you will not have to pay your Estate Agent a penny in commission since you sold your own property.

Since you are not an Estate Agent, if you sell your own property you do not have to pay them commission. housekeys.co.uk is a marketing company and not an Estate Agent because buyers contact you directly about your advertised property.

- How do I measure my home?
Measuring your home is simple; you only need a tape measure.
When measuring your property, take the maximum dimensions of each room, including porches and utility rooms in metres. housekeys.co.uk accepts measurements in metres and will also show feet and inches for each room in your property listing.
The majority of houses have regular shaped rooms and therefore measuring the width and length is simple. Where a room is slightly irregular you may wish to measure the maximum dimension.
Make sure your measurements are as accurate as you can. There is no benefit exaggerating the size of a room as prospective buyers who view your property may wonder what else you may have misrepresented.
When you have measured the whole of your home then the dimensions can be entered for your property.
