Around 1 in 3 of all property sales originate from a buyer seeing a 'For Sale' sign because most people move within a relatively small area and will have spotted the sign as they're out and about. Even those people who are relocating often drive around the area they are interested in looking out for 'For Sale' signs.

Our 'For Sale' signs are bright, clear, double-sided, weatherproof and are made from the same material as estate agents use and is UV treated to look good right up until the moment your property is sold.

It is made from 2 x 4mm sheets of Correx that have been heat sealed on both edges and comes complete with 2 x mounting screws and 2 x screw caps. The 'For Sale' sign is fixed to a wooden post (not supplied) which goes between the Correx sheets using the supplied mounting screws and screw caps.

The wooden post should be no more than 2 metres long and 50mm thick and can be fixed to a garden fence or used with a ground spike. Posts and ground spikes are readily available from most hardware shops.
